This shift in education from traditional classroom learning to computer-based learning could be one among the most important educational experiments so far . because the online teaching-learning process has become more prevalent in India thanks to COVID 19 pandemic, it becomes particularly important to understand its growth and to understand whether it's actually helping the scholars achieve what they expect out of school . this study was therefore designed to know the student's perspective, attitudes, and readiness about online classes being conducted at the University level. An Observational, Descriptive study was conducted. the info was collected employing a Questionnaire. this study was administered amongst 200 students. After analyzing the results, it had been found that 74% of the scholars liked studying through online classes. the foremost common reason (49%) on why the scholars like studying online were that the study time becomes flexible, and that they can study anytime they need . 

Lack of co-curricular activity was the foremost common issue (34%) of online classes, as reported by the scholars . Most of the scholars were found satisfied with the content and procedure of online teaching. About 30% of the scholars reported that they like their lecture being delivered through a PPT with an sound recording . this study that was conducted among college students revealed that maximum students are in favor of studying through online classes, but they feel that there's a scarcity of co-curricular activities within the online mode of conducting classes. because the students are in favor of online classes, such classes must be continued with some interventions. Education Ministry must develop certain rules and guidelines wherein certain online activity sessions are often made compulsory along side regular lecture sessions. 

The COVID-19 outbreak that led to the closure of faculties has had an unprecedented effect on children’s education and wellbeing. it's important to notice that interrupting education services can have serious, long-term consequences for economies and societies, like a rise in inequality, poorer health and nutrition outcomes, and reduced social cohesion. Therefore, the necessity to market and safeguard every child’s right to education as began within the Convention on the Rights of the kid (1989) and therefore the Right of youngsters to Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE) should tend the utmost priority.

The impact of those unprecedented times are often different on different age groups. The impact on children from deprived, disadvantaged, or vulnerable sections are often expected to be much more adverse than on children from privileged backgrounds.  the primary COVID positive case was detected in India on January 30, 2020. India has now entered into Phase 4 lockdown which started on March 24, 2020 in an effort to curb the spread of pandemic.
